If you forget your password, simply click on the ‘forgot password’ option to reset it. Rest assured, our mobile banking is designed to be simple, safe, and secure.

Signing up for Mobile Banking from a Smartphone:

- Go to the App store on your phone
- Search for Mohave Community Federal Credit Union
- Install the app
- Select Enroll Now. (Already an Online Banking Member? There is no need to Sign Up, you are all set…just enter your User ID and Password you assigned for Online Banking.)
- Enter your User ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The User ID is your member number that was given to you when you opened your account. You can find your member number in your new user packet or on your quick reference card.
- You will be prompted to enter a new User ID and password
- Click on Complete Sign-up
- You will then need to receive a one-time passcode. The passcode can be sent to your email address, cell phone as a text, or receive an automated voice call. Select how you would like to receive the one-time passcode.

Removing Your Mobile Banking Profile
To remove your online or mobile banking profile, please submit a request to us in writing stating that you no longer want access to your online or mobile banking account. Please make sure to include a signature. Email the request to info@moahvecommunityfcu.com or mail to us at Mohave Community Federal Credit Union 2809 Stockton Hill Road Kingman, AZ 86401. You may also stop by our credit union and request to cancel your online banking in person.
